Terms & Conditions: Rozie Roz Cleaning / Organizing Services

Rozie Roz Cleaning / Organizing Services offers residential and commercial cleaning and organizing services as agreed upon with the client.

 

​1.  Booking & Payment

• Services must be booked in advance.

• Unless otherwise specified, payment shall be remitted upon completion of services.

• Accepted payment methods: include cash, credit/debit card, and electronic transfer.

• list your payment options.

​2.  Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.​

3.  Access to Property

• Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time.

• If access is not possible, the appointment may be rescheduled, and a fee may apply.

4.  Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

5.  Damage Policy

• Rozie Roz Cleaning / Organizing Services takes great care while working in your property.

• Clients are required to identify and point out any fragile or valuable items prior to the start of service.

• Examples of fragile items include, but are not limited to glassware, porcelain, ceramics, collectibles, artwork, mirrors, electronics, antiques, and items of sentimental value.

• We are not liable for damage to fragile items that are not disclosed or properly protected before service begins.

• In the unlikely event that accidental damage occurs to disclosed items during service, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment.

• We will assess the situation and, if found responsible, will offer repair, replacement, or compensation at our discretion, up to the value of the damaged item.

• Pre-existing damages or items not disclosed prior to service are not covered.

• Rozie Roz Cleaning / Organizing Services is not liable for damage resulting from improper installation, wear and tear, or fragile items not disclosed before service.

6.  Liability

Rozie Roz Cleaning / Organizing Services is insured for accidental damage caused during service.

7.  Confidentiality

• All client information and property details are kept confidential.

8.  Health & Safety

• Our staff follows health and safety guidelines.

• Please inform us of any hazards or special requirements.

9.  Changes to Terms

• Rozie Roz Cleaning / Organizing Services reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
